Below are my updates. Please see how to register for the test run
through on Thursday below.
*Speaker Bios / Pictures *: I can add these into Hopin.
*Payments*: Can't change currency but can add amounts in description
*Video Format:* I have checked and it is easier to do live videos on the

*Video stay on the platform*? : The videos. are recorded on the platform
and stay in the platform for the organizer but we can't link to it so we
will need to upload to a YouTube channel or vimeo after the event
*Event Runthrough*: Please go register
<https://hopin.com/events/enterprise-open-source-summit> and use
password: opensource then register for the event(it's free) - once
everyone is registered I can assign you to booths / sessions / etc.
@Ekaterina Gutina <mailto:email@example.com> I think I may not be able to
make you organizer of this event only so I may give you access to
Canonical's Hopin account so you can help troubleshoot as well if needed
- just please only go into this event. Is that alright?
