So if I understand correctly, you would like to upload photos from your
event for others to use and share, yes? If so, we have a public upload
folder here:

Just upload your photos there and then email
media@documentfoundation.org with the details (when and where they were
taken), and we can then use them in future marketing materials such as
the Annual Report.

If that's not what you meant and need help with something else, just let
me know!
