Just looking for some suggestions.

As it looks like some real efforts at organizing US-native bug hunting meets are being managed seriously, I am thinking of doing the same in Canada, but starting in Waterloo where I reside.

I am also working on a list of Canadian Libraries where I will approach in the hopes of contacting/informing them of LibreOffice docs available for purchase and of installation possibilities on their systems. I have a list of approx. 250 libraries already worked out and have only gotten half-way through our provinces.

So, to start, I hope to contact our 3 local university computing departments as well as the same in a couple of local colleges and perhaps do some introductory presentations to some of them if they agree.

Are there any suggestions as to what stages worked best to organize local dev groups?

Cheers,

Marc
