I guess this depends on how people use the Tweet..
I would just read it, and only when it's a subject that interest me for
whatever reason, click and check further.
Building a searchable database ... is an idea, but for later :) ?

Having said that: before deciding about frequency, maybe we can focus on
gathering a nice base with tips that can be tweeted?
Then a a certain moment - as the common feeling is that there is some
buffer for a good period - we can start with the frequency that looks
fine by then?
