Hi,
About the frontside: Im not a native english speaker, so please find one to
check the wording. FWIW I think I would drop the "World's" part and would not
do the germanish looking capitals. As for branding, the usual branding
guidelines apply[1] -- as is they seem good to me, but _if_ e.g. the backside
would refer to non-TDF products or services in a later print, it would be
better to drop the "The Document Foundation" subline.
And whops, the stuff below about the backside was accidentally send in private.
So resending -- ignore if you already read it.
Note my design comments are just a proposal, so feel free to ignore me. ;)

FYI & to raise awareness in light of the recent branding discussion :)
Current draft is here:

, would be great to get feedback for text & wording of the front
matter (preferably from English native speakers, and possibly a
separate English back side).
Awesome initiative!
So carelessly ignoring your request and just commenting on the backside for
now, it is much to verbose for my taste and the long URLs are not really
helpful as people are not typing such long monster from a physical reproduction
on dead tree (where you cant copy paste). To remove the clutter, it would be
good to skip the http:// and the www. prefixes where possible. If deep links
have to be done, they should use an URL shortener. And the short description
should a/ give a hint what to expect behind the link instead of an abstract
word where possible (e.g. "Mitmachen" instead of "Wiki"). Also, providing
multiple links for the same topic is irritating to the user.
So an alternative proposal would be:
Projekt: libreoffice.de und libreoffice.org (international)
Stiftung: documentfoundation.org (Herausgeber)
Mitmachen: bit.ly/libreoffice-mitmachen
Download: bit.ly/libreoffice-dl
deutsche Anwendermailingliste: users@de.libreoffice.org
weitere Mailinglisten: bit.ly/libreoffice-mailinglisten
Dokumentation: bit.ly/libreoffice-handbuecher
Fanartikel: bit.ly/frodev-shop
lokaler Verein: frodev.org
So I kicked out the libreofficewiki.de and LibreOffice-Box links as being the
weaker (secondary) link. If needed they should be linked to from the stronger
page -- which in fact they are in case of the Box links. Speaking of which: I
understand the effort to support the box, but on a USB media that contains a
full copy already, it is somewhat misplaced IMHO.
If anything, the number of printed URLs should be reduced -- it would probably
be much more helpful to put a document with (clickable) links directly on the
media for most.
Best,
Bjoern
