There is some information in the linked article about Open Source
Software that may be relevant to the marketing of LibreOffice.
There may be more info from the resources and surveys listed that would
help with the marketing to schools, businesses, and governments.
By reading this article, I do get the "hope" that businesses are really
looking for Open Source package to replace the more costly ones to keep
their business costs down, along with other "perks" of OOS and FOSS.
