[libreoffice-marketing] Hackfest Freiburg 2013

Hi all,

I just created a skeleton wikipage for the Freiburg Hackfest at:

anyone wanting to help out with completing it is invited (e.g. the usual
suspects creating a Hackfest Freiburg logo like
