I'd not connect two events. Based on my experience, this usually leads
to distortion. We can, of course, try to have the event right after
FrOSCon, given it's a weekend.
usually FrOSCon is during a full weekend (Saturday and Sunday). If I
would attend at FrOSCon I'd not like to stay the next weekend away from
home again.
We could think about a dev-room at FrOSCon and do some qa there.
