Ron Faile is a member of the Documentation Team. He did most of the work on the first set of user 
guides; you'll find his name in Contributors section of the Copyright page. 

I don't see a problem with him working primarily through the Marketing team, though perhaps the 
results of his work should be listed in detail on the Docs/Pubs pages instead of the Docs page 
having just a link to where the completed ref cards are.
