Hi :)
The name doesn't make any sense anyway.  What does it mean?  Surely you are talking about a 
"procedure" or a "guide" or documentation or suggested advice or a "How To Manage a Conference" or 
is it a policy or set of "rules" of things that have to be done?

I know that common abbreviation. What would you suggest as alternative
for a Conference Management System?
