To which I would answer then, yes, that is what I had in mind.
:) - Charles' point about an NGO puts it in a context where there is no
US to, be with... and I guess he assumes there is no l10n team in Canada
or the US, so again nothing to be part of.

At some point someone will be working on a Canadian NGO etc. which is my point, and yes, some of use may decide to work on this.
