I have all 4 that you listed. Should I input the DNS? I can't seem to 
find my notes of DNS's from the last time I pointed a site to TDF.

Re: local residential address. Feel free to use my address if you wish 
for any .ca domains. I have a few online businesses it could be listed 
under, my main one is parEntreprise.com
