Some theme tweaks (such as colours) involve changes to the CSS, and a
small annual fee is involved. I haven't looked into the details of this,
such as: does one fee cover all blogs in a single account, or is it per
blog? If it's per account, then putting all the blogs under TDF's
account would take care of that. In fact, it might be best if all the
blogs were under TDF's account. Each can have its own admins as well.

I have lots of Wordpress.org-based websites, but this is the first
wordpress.com site I've set up, so I'm still discovering the limitations
as well as the advantages.
