That's an already converted version. The blip.tv site offers you to
choose the format right below the video (and lists the ogg/theora
version as the source version) - and below the comment box you have
the download link. The site also even offers to switch from the flash
based player to html5, i.e. to use your browser's other plugins to
playback....

For some reason I did not see the download options.
The download helper app I have installed was "made" to download files from YouTube and such, but would not work with that site.

It is nice to know that there is a site that allows you to download the video to your drive for offline use. Too many do not.
