Hi Tom,

Gmail and Yahoo are both affected. They might be "bogus systems" but they are
'quite' widely used so we need to find a way of getting something that does work
with both. Blaming users and expecting them to change systems is not a winning
strategy. It might be good to develop working relationships with Yahoo& Gmail
devs and management to see if their "bogus systems" can be corrected.
we will see what we can do, but first we need to nail down the problem -
some users seem to experience it, and others don't.
Tom, a personal wish: Can you please avoid the fullquotings? It is
generally considered a bad idea to full quote one's message and then put
your reply on top or at the bottom of it. Rather, quote the lines you
are referring to and then reply, like I do for this mail.
The way you are quoting makes it extremely hard to follow the threads,
and it migth annoy some people. :-)
