language is English. So, I'm going to translate it for the other to
understand what you told:

Your question was: "Sorry Paulo... but what is the real goal of your
question? Isn't the answer obvious to all of us?

My reply: "No, it isn't. I really didn't know the aswer to it. The "obvious
answer" you are relating, is offen treated as a "guess". I want to know the
*real*rules*, for that there is no doubt about that issue.

Portuguese translation:
Não, a resposta não é óbvia, tanto que eu próprio não sabia a resposta. A
"resposta" à essa pergunta, frequentemente é um "achismo". Eu estou buscando
as *regras* para que não haja dúvidas a respeito do tema.

BTW, there's an online shop in Brazil called Linux Mall (
http://www.linuxmall.com.br/home), and they offer some "gadgets", with logo
and brands. My question has two main goals: to know what I have to answer
when someone ask it to me, and suggest some ways for people to make money
without breaking any rule/law/FOSS_community_convention.
