Hi Marc!

Just a small remark ...

It is not a Google calendar. I don't think that it's necessary to
show
on the wiki site as well. We could however, delegate the admin of the
calendar to a couple or a few of members who could take care of
inputting any dates that are suggested on the lists. There are many
of
us who cruise the lists and collect data for the project.

Personally, I think that "using" the data might be even slightly more
important than adding those. I've recently stumbled over the weekly
retrospective by the German ubuntuusers community (just as an example) -
they added all the upcoming events within the next days/weeks in their
report:
http://ikhaya.ubuntuusers.de/2011/02/21/ubuntu-wochenrueckblick-2011/#Treffen-und-Veranstaltungen

So, they push the information to the people ...

Cheers,
Christoph

Yes, there is that too which is of course quite important. Maybe the website calendar has feeds that we could send to our front page.

Cheers
