I don't think we need a separate list for the UK. It is nice to know we can get
one if required.

basically, yes, of course. However, I fear a bit distraction if we have lots of
local marketing lists (like we had in OOo). For the US, a separate list made
sense, as it is a large market, far away from Europe, with lots of things being
different.
For what particular reason do we need an UK marketing list? Maybe this helps in
deciding :-)
