[Stephan Bergmann] HAVE_CXX11_DELETE is required on all supported toolchains

[Stephan Bergmann] Replace "SAL_DELETED_FUNCTION" with "= delete" in LIBO_INTERNAL_ONLY code

[Stephan Bergmann] HAVE_CXX11_OVERRIDE is required on all supported toolchains

[Stephan Bergmann] Replace "SAL_OVERRIDE" with "override" in LIBO_INTERNAL_ONLY code

[Stephan Bergmann] HAVE_CXX11_FINAL is required on all supported toolchains

[Stephan Bergmann] Replace "SAL_FINAL" with "final" in LIBO_INTERNAL_ONLY code

[Stephan Bergmann] HAVE_CXX11_PERFECT_FORWARDING is required on all supported toolchains
