You have to log in to Pootle, open your language, then project (libui),
and on right side panel you will have the link to download zip archive.

BTW: I need edit rights on sidebar info for Catalan project. I set a link
there years ago. Link is dead now, but now I can't edit sidebar (or I don't
find how to edit).
