Translation statistics are unreliable. For example:
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/projects/libo_online/ shows 760
words incomplete for Slovak, while
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/sk/libo_online/ shows that
Slovak is 100% translated.

Slovak is just an example, I found this in case of many languages.

@Dwayne, could you have a quick look to that and maybe this has
something to do with
https://github.com/translate/pootle/issues/5732
