Sorry but I already answered a long time ago to Jean-Phi on this, what are
you searching for?

Apparently the answer. Somehow I missed that mail in all the ones I saw..

I've deleted quite some mails from my local box. And all I see in the
archive is
  http://www.mail-archive.com/l10n@global.libreoffice.org/msg10208.html
and
  http://www.mail-archive.com/l10n@global.libreoffice.org/msg10217.html

also refering to an explanation.
So - sorry - if you can please help me :)

I've numerous discussions with Jean-Philippe, but usually in French ;-)
There is no documentation on on/offline FR l10n on the wiki,
Jean-Baptiste is translating online and me is working offline, we
coordinate both together when needed.

Cheers
Sophie
