It would had been a tad easier for me if you replied to my actual
message talking about *-PY locales instead of another one in this
thread.. anyway..

Both G and Gs are fine. We use all 3 of them, they are interchangeable.

According to this website, the locale is es-PY

As said, we have two Paraguayan locales, es-PY and gug-PY, so I assume
I should add '₲' to both.

Btw, that localeplanet page looks nice, but it uses old ICU data as of
ICU 49.1. I suggest to rather use http://cldr.unicode.org/index/charts
and http://demo.icu-project.org/icu-bin/locexp
