Why is "integer" power mentioned in english string?
As I understand and by looking at support article on Microsoft Excel
help pages, you can use any power number, for example integer(eg. 3),
decimal (eg. 0,5 or 1/2 fraction) or negative (eg. -3).

Probably it worked with only integers when the help text was written.
Microsoft Excel help pages may be misleading, too, because they describe
Excel, not LibreOffice. The best it to make some experiments and read
the ODF specs. It seems that LibreOffice accepts real powers but not
complex powers. I fixed the help text accordingly in master. Thanks for
your bug report.

Best regards,
Andras
