[libreoffice-l10n] Ignore the very long string in the Norwegian dictionary component

Hi,

Recently this very long string was added to the Norwegian dictionary
component:

https://translations.documentfoundation.org/translate/libo_ui-master/dictionaries/dictionariesno/en/?checksum=e9e4f71404eea12a

I think this is a mistake and the string will soon disappear. There is a
bug tracking it here:

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=173272

I just wanted to give a heads up to let the translators know that it’s
not worth trying to translate it. I see that some languages have done it
already so I hope it wasn’t too much work.
