[libreoffice-l10n] Small string fix for 26.2: Open Hyperlink with accelerator

There was a regression causing the keyboard accelerator for "Open

Hyperlink" menu item to disappear and I fixed it by explicitly defining

it in the English string. This email is to let you know about the

upcoming string change in the 26.2 branch.
