[libreoffice-l10n] URL slugs for the new website can now be localised

I made this change today:https://git.libreoffice.org/infra/libreofficeorg/commit/90a6ecac53a8d0fe92278298b6f0ebb7a168c64c

Now localised sites may have URLs such ashttps://es.libreoffice.org/colabora/ for the Spanish donate page.


Testing locally, the language switcher continued to work fine.

If you examine the commit, you'll see I added comments for the slugs, soit will be apparent in Weblate what the strings are for.
