We currently use the same key material on the old and new sites to ease
the migration.  New sites (those which which didn't exist in
Silverstripe) therefore don't have a valid certificate at the moment.
This will be fixed once the the silverstripe instance is decomissioned
(when existing NL sites are either migrated or archived) or at the next
certificate renewal, whichever happens first.
