What is happening with your mail server? Is anyone actually managing it (the mail server) and
ensuring that it is working properly?
Well, nothing wrong or unintentional is going on when it comes to
mailing lists, so from all I can see it is working properly.
For several days now, I have been receiving reports of unauthorized use of my domain name.
Someone is trying to send emails from LibreOffice servers using my domain name.
Yes, I am also receiving reports from Google.
That is common use for mailing lists to keep the original author's
email address intact, but as the mail then is also sent to various
other recipients (the mailing list subscribers), it is unavoidable
that our mailservers are "using your domain name" for the purpose of
redistributing the mail to the list subscribers.
(or rather the workarounds are clunky and we decided against them)
If you have other concerns, the mail address where to reach the actual
admins when it comes to mail related issues is
