[libreoffice-l10n] LO Master svx/messages is locked in Weblate - for a reason or forgotten?

Hello

Specifically for LO Master, the strings in svx/messages have been locked for some time. Is there a 
reason that it continues to be locked, or has it perhaps been forgotten to remove the lock, for 
instance a lock that should have been removed after branching LO 25.8? (The corresponding strings 
are not locked in LO 25.8)
