[libreoffice-l10n] Re: TL translation locked for maintenace

We are almost done with a 1 year plan to translate Libre Office into
Tagalog. My small team of translators are scant, yet my passion is Tagalog
for the masses so that English and Tagalog are hand in hand for those
loving the country, culture, and people.
