I was on vacation last week and today is a public holiday in several
countries, but from what I recall, Cloph wanted to upgrade Weblate this
week.
For the strings blocked for translation, I think Olivier asked last week
about it and it was an auto-locking of Weblate after a changeset was
merged while Weblate still had new changes to submit. I'll clarify with
Cloph tomorrow and will come back to you.
