[libreoffice-l10n] New strings in 7.5.1

The recently implemented dark mode was appreciated a lot but many users 
requested a switch to continue working with a bright application even on dark 
system themes.

Caolan implemented this switch quickly and we decided in the ESC to cherry-pick 
this patch into the next 7.5 update even with the untranslated strings (it's 
just Appearance, Mode, System/Light/Dark). Not sure what procedure l10n follows 
in this case, meaning whether or not you translate these strings out of band.
