Good point, seems the purpose of each needs a clearer definition. I'd
expect all docs go to the wiki until they are formalised and moved into the
help and/or guides as appropriate. I'm keen to see some ScriptForge demos
but they must contain macros that can scare users so the only real place is
in the wiki.
