[libreoffice-l10n] NLP / L10n content for the Annual report

Hi all,

With the last month of the year coming, it's time again to share what
happened in your local teams and communities to help Mike building the
Annual Report.

After those hard times we all encounter, let's have good memories from
this year with all what we have been able to achieve be it alone at home
or via virtual platforms or in presence :)

Please don't be shy, even if it seems few for you, it's already a big
step! We want to show everything our diverse community have done.

I've prepared the pad here:
https://pad.documentfoundation.org/p/annualreport

There are already some main parts but if your contribution doesn't fit
in one of these parts, don't hesitate to add yours.

If you do not feel comfortable with the pad, just send me what you want
to add, I'll do it. And if you have any question, do not hesitate to
come back to me.
