 Hello everyone,
I followed the advice on the page (LibreOffice Localization Guide) to know
whom I should contact for Arabic translation:

1- The contact of Language Team on (
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams) replied to me that he
has not contributed for the project for years, and he believes that someone
else is managing the translations now.
2- I also checked the pages in (
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Category:L10n), but found nothing.
3- There is no arabic mailing list in:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language/LocalMailingLists.
4- I have checked weblate and, if I am right, it seems that last
contribution (as suggestions) was 3 months ago.

Whom should I contact to know how the team work or whatever I should know?

Welcome and thanks for your contribution. I'll reply and give you the
contacts of list.
Cheers
Sophie
