That's because, as the warning text on the pagehttps://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Faq/General/001 says, there are texton the original page NOT MARKED FOR TRANSLATION. This is normally due tosomeone changed the english text but the translation mark was not donefrom then - The translation mark seems to have be done manually.


We need someone who has privilege to do this....
