[libreoffice-l10n] A new moderator of Japanese mailing lists

Hi,

I would like to ask TDF admins to add a new moderator of three Japanese mailing lists,
i.e. announce@ja.libreoffice.org, discuss@ja.libreoffice.org, and users@ja.libreoffice.org.
Naruhiko Ogasawara <naruoga@gmail.com> will kindly serve the role for our community
as we discussed yesterday.
At the same time please drop my address from the moderator group of these lists.
