I noticed CNN made a 1 hr report on the Paraguayan culture. On the the part
of the video they explain the importance of the Guarani language in the
country and how its having a technological impact as well.
If you skip to minute 2:09 you can see David Galeano, part of the Guarani
l10n team. He talks about the importance of the language. Later the
reporter explains how some applications are being ported to Guarani such as
Firefox, Wikipedia and makes a huuuuge mistake by saying "and Microsoft
Office...."

On the positive side, I am currently working on creating the first Guarani
Autocorrect Dictionary (Hunspell - 5000 words) so it can be part of the 5.3
release.
