No, currently this is not possible at least not by just installing packages.
This would require touching the installed files.
I guess just copying the english help to the relevant directories would
work, but never tried/did not investigate.
Maybe there's some additional metadata that needs to be adjusted, but I
don't think so.
Please use "Reply to all" as Cristian is not subscribed to this
mailing list. At least i assume he isn't
I'm subscribed to the l10n list, but not to the english users one :-)
