Following on from a discussion about Basque on another list I put
word out that Basque is stalled on 88% and the response I've had is
that some folk have tried but that Manuel Pascual, the currently

don't know the ins and outs. I'm just wondering if Manuel is actually
the Basque lead or just a locum admin for Basque when LO forked and
if
he's still actively working on Basque. And following on from that, if
there's an opportunity to give at least partial rights to new people?
I can't speak for Manuel, but just for the record, it looks like he has
been doing something for LibO at some point, see
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/accounts/MPascual/ .
Regarding the rights for new people, I don't think that would be a
problem, unless Manuel would respond to this thread and explain the
situation differently.
