Hello Nikolay,
assuming that what you asked for is to add Sakha language to the list of
languages to which LibreOffice can be translated, I have just done that.
Please create an account in Pootle, if you haven't done so yet, and send
your user name to the l10n mailing list to get admin permissions on
Sakha. I'd also encourage you to subscribe to that list to make further
communication between you and the project easier.
If enabling Sakha as a translation target was not what you wanted to
ask, then please clarify your request.
