error when accessing pootle. This doesn't happen every time, but often
enough to be annoying, because it makes the server inaccessible.

OCSP is how your browser checks whether the server's certificate is
still valid. More precise to check whether it has been revoked.

It is out of the control of pootle/the server it runs on (obviously,
otherwise the check would be pretty pointless, the server could just
claim "Sure, all is valid" directly)

It is a problem of the browser/the trusted OCSP server the browser
uses to verify pootle's certificate.
