The wiki cannot be modified, and its contents derives from the built-in help.

There's two helps, built-in help and help wiki pages.
If I don't have built-in help, the help menu leads me to the help wiki page.

1. I wonder what difference is between them.
2. If wiki derives from built-in or opposite, which one should I
change? Which one has the priority when they have some conflicts?
