I've been involved in Indonesian translation for LO 3.5.x UI. I also
interested in doing translation of Terminology, Website, Extensions, and
Askbot. What should I do to make those projects accept Indonesian
translations?
you have to ask for the projects to be enabled for your locale.
I chose Askbot, Terminology, Website, and Extensions project on the settings page (admin), but
those projects still doesn't appear on Indonesian translation home page. What should I do to make
the projects enabled for Indonesian?

Again: you have to ask for the projects to be enabled for your locale. By "ask", I mean post a request on this list.

Assuming you intend to ask for it anyway, I've just enabled Askbot, Terminology and Website for Indonesian (Extensions needs an update for English files first). Have fun!
