Again: you have to ask for the projects to be enabled for your locale. 
By "ask", I mean post a request on this list.

Assuming you intend to ask for it anyway, I've just enabled Askbot, 
Terminology and Website for Indonesian (Extensions needs an update for 
English files first). Have fun!
