I have granted language level but he need access to the 3.4.x as Red Hat
6.3 is to be release with 3.4
That was his requirement. Btw, I just wanted to know whether he is having
access to 3.5-UI.

Well, he should have gotten rights to 3.4 automatically when he got them at language level. If that didn't happen, that probably means the permissions were already fiddled with on the project level by somebody...
