Hi,

last weekend we enhanced our German terminology lists in pootle. As such
a terminology list is protected by (at least GErman) copyright law, I'd
like to have this clear and put the license header on top of the file as
comments.

Unfortunately it seems, that these were removed during migration to the
new server.

Does anyone have a suggestion how to put the license information in the
file, so that it does not get lost again?

regards,

André
