how can I give someone publisher rights on Silverstripe (specifically,
et.libreoffice.org)? The dropdowns on Access tab are empty.
There is no way yet to do it yourself - have them register/create an
account, then mail the names to the website-list (and tell us whether
to grant author, publisher or subsite-admin rights (subsite-admin and
pubisher are almost the same, but it's planned to empower subsite
admins with such task as adding users to the corresponding
user-groups))
