Oh, that. That is provided by upstream Pootle, we just didn't touch
those files. Not that it's impossible. If you have the terminology
files, you can send them to me, and I'll upload them. You can also
create a bug on Pootle's bugzilla asking for upsteam inclusion of those
files.
