Thanks. You're right. Few Arabic words are translated, and this was the
cause of my problem.

Arabic is only 13% translated, could that be the reason?
And while you're not logged in (and I think while logged in too, until you
choose alternative source languages), you're seing French because your
browser sends that language as one of accepted languages. You can usually
choose those languages in your browser's preferences.
